Morale Squad
The morale squad are considered the hype team of RedhawkTHON! They show up to all our events bringing the energy and positivity. They help to spread the word of RedhawkTHON within our local community in order to bring hope and cure to Seattle Children's. At our Dance Marathon they will be assigned to one miracle kid team and will dance in our annual Morale Dance!
What is the job of a morale captain?
Members of our morale squad show up to RedhawkTHON events and provide extra support to ensure everything is successful. They bring both the energy and the hype to get other students involved!

How will I help at the Dance Marathon?
At our Dance Marathon is where our morale squad plays the most important role! Each team captain will be assigned a miracle kid. Each team can then pick out a color with their miracle kid and will act as a cheerleader for that kiddo! They will provide them support at the main event and get the crowd involved to help make the miracle kid feel amazing throughout the day.
What is the morale dance? This is something the morale captains help create before the main event and teach at the main event (and no you don't need any dance experience)! Usually around a 2-3 minute mashup of fun songs, the morale dance is a fun way to get people involved because as we say Bad Dancing Saves Lives! |
